S/N test data is lower than required and shows "FAIL", but you may still use it for your research. Only last 3 photos are from actual sample, rest photos are from different sample with same cosmetic condition and part number.

H74M-5208-J246 is also marked on modulator case. FTM7937EZ offers dual RF drive, while FTM7938EZ can only use single RF drive, it is major difference between these two models, rest specifications and performance are very similar, though similar model FTM7938EZ datasheet at 3rd pdf link below and sample test data at the 5th pdf link below are also helpful.  See pinout info at last pdf link below from different sample of FTM7937EZ, we do not have extra technical info.

We do not know how to use this modulator driver and we cannot find any technical info, you have to do your own research. Or you may unplug this modulator driver and use your own modulator driver instead.
