Semiconductor optical linear amplifier modules (LOA/SOA). Gain and max output power of a sample is tested good at our lab, meeting specification (see 1st pdf link below). SOA is mounted on DWDM 1.55um C-band systems, see last 7 photos below. Systems were made few years ago. Each system includes 4 SOA. Each SOA is under large heat sink. We have removed few SOA from one system. We can remove more SOA from systems for you.

    We removed it from systems, by desoldering with low-melting temperature solder. We fusion-spliced with FC/PAC connectors. gain and max output power of a sample is tested good at our lab, meeting specification (see 1st pdf link below). We will verify the working condition before shipping, after fusion-splice with two FC/APC connectors.
