It includes DFB laser with built-in EA-modulator: Toshiba model: Told387S-EADCE3; 10Gb Pin receiver: Epitaxx modeL: ERM 568 EC SC/SPC. With SC/PC connectors. Made by Cenix (now part of Cyoptics) . You can remover laser or receiver for your project. We can remove them for you (adding $30 service and packing fee). See laser datasheet in 2nd pdf link, receiver datasheet in 3rd pdf link. Price is for whole transceiver.
