H74M-5208-J246 is also marked on modulator case. FTM7937EZ offers dual RF drive, while FTM7938EZ can only use single RF drive, it is major difference between these two models, rest specifications and performance are very simila, though similar model FTM7938EZ datasheet at 3rd pdf link below is also helpful. See pinout info at the 5th pdf link below from different sample of FTM7937EZ, we do not have extra technical info.

• Modulator driver amplifier module: P/N: 7000207-00. See modulator driver at the 5th and 6th photos (in square shape, with dual GPPO input connector and dual GPPO output RF connector at two sides, with 2x12 electrical pins at the bottom.)

We do not know how to use this modulator driver and we cannot find any technical info, you have to do your own research. Or you may unplug this modulator driver and use your own modulator driver instead.
