Integrated 1480nm / Two-stage isolator /Add. It combines both 1465-1490nm pump, 1540-1560nm signal, and 1504-1516nm supervision-channel signal, plus two-stage high-isolation isolator for signal. See details at the test sheet photos below. It looks very similar to the 1st pdf link, but the pump 2 is replaced by supervision signal. The last pdf link is for the device without ADD function.Corning SMF28 9/125/250um fiber type on all three ports. Without connectors.
