To be removed from unused DWDM L-band long-haul transmission systems: Store Product Code: OMS-OC192-DGE-001, see http://www.lightwavestore.com/store/product.php?productid=16226&cat=347&page=1 . There is pinout info on the PCB, and the 2x40 male-to-male terminal can be removed (see last photos below). With four fibers and all come with LC/PC connectors. Actual DGE module may be customized and may be a little different from the standard one. We do not know how to use it and have no other infomation, you need do you own research on it.
