High speed for long-reach, 75um active diameter. 900um-buffered fiber pigtail. Single-mode fiber is verified over fiber scope in our lab on different photodiode of same ETX 75 model. "S" in model number means single-mode fiber jumper. See 1st pdf link below for spec for 100-um PD. The 2nd pdf link is specification from an older product by Epitaxx with same model number.
