JDS 50GHz Wave-blocker. See wavelength-blocker datasheet in 1st pdf link. To be removed from unused DWDM L-band long-haul transmission systems: TSC card or OADA card. The 2x40 male-to-male terminal can be removed (see last photo below). With four fibers and all come with LC/PC connectors. Actual wavelength blocker module may be customized and may be a little different from the standard one. We do not know how to use it and have no other infomation, you need do you own research on it.
