It comes with a carrying bag(see 2nd photo). OBS-15 optical broadband source comes with one SC/PC optical adapter(see 14th photo), 9VDC wall-mount power supply(with three popular AC plugs(see 15th and 16th photos ), OVP-15 optical variable polarizer come two SC/PC optical adapters(see 14th photo ). Both OBS-15 and OVP-15 come with calibration certificate in last two pdf links below. See OBS-15 and OVP-15 specification at the 4th pdf link below (page 5) or at 3rd pdf link. You may buy OBS-15 and OVP-15 separately.
For PMD measurement, it comes with software in several floppy disks in 4th photo (we are unable to verify and cannot guarantee its working condition), and OSA-155 operating manual(in 3rd photo and scanned at 3rd pdf link below). With OSA-155 DWDM Optical Spectrum Analyzer (We have it, Store Product Code: OTI-OSA-002C, OTI-OSA-003C), you could make PMD test (assuming you have correct software).

The cable from CASE port comes with 7 connectors and labeled as: SENS +, SENS -, TEC+, TEC-, THERM+, THERM-, GROUND, this port is for external case temperature control. There seems a 8-pin receiver module which is labeld as 40G Rx, It would be researched by formal Nortel laser design department, see the 5th photo below. Only 1 left in stockFiber optic polarization controller module (with manufacture test data) with driver (with user manual), made by E-TEK (later part of JDSU). Partially tested and presumed to be in proper working order.The controller uses 4 tunable liquid crystal waveplates to achieve arbitrary-to-arbitrary polarization transformation. The input and output connectors are spliced on. One is FC/PC, the other SC/APC.The driver supports manual control, polarization tracking, and polarization scanning modes. Remote programming is available via GPIB and RS232 interfaces. Analog control inputs are also provided. The driver has been verified to power up with no error messages.There is no cable to connect the controller to the driver. A connection can be easily improvised using one half of a DB9 cable. Connector pinouts are provided in the user manual (included).AC Input: 100-240V, 2A, 50/60Hz, IEEE-488, RS-232.
