These circulators come with C-band circulators P/N:CIR10BN39S (Store product code: OFC-CIR-009F) together, they both come with only one SC/PC connector on port 1. So we believe these two models are very similar. We have tested one sample, P1-P2 loss (port 1 to port 2): 0.69dB at 1550nm, 0.79dB at 1590nm, P2-P3 loss is 0.62dB at 1550nm, 0.86dB at 1590nm. The tested loss includes one connector loss which would be about 0.2dB.
