It is designed for L-band (around 1585nm). But it should be also working around 1550nm in C-band at probably lower performance, but we cannot guarantee.  You can try it but shipping is not refundable. With FC/APC PMF connector.

It will be removed from Tunable laser OC-192 long-haul transponder card @ L-band (unused) product (the card was made in 2001), see zip link below and also  https://www.lightwavestore.com/tunable-laser-oc-192-long-haul-transponder-card-l-band.html .

It is with 40-pin electrical interface. We do not have exact specification and user guide for this laser module. The 2nd pdf link below with 40-pin interface may match this laser module. You may research on the 2nd pdf link below and verify if the pinout info is suitable for this laser module.  

You can try it and return it, but you have to take care of two-way shipping cost.
