    CONDITION:

    new within original product case, without manufacture test sheet. We added FC/PC connectors on one sample by fusion splice, our tested insertion loss from signal-in port to signal-out port is about 0.9dB at 1550nm including one-connector loss and two-fusion-splice losses(also including 1% splitting ratio), which looks reasonable. Tested isolation at 1550nm is 39.8dB. Tested tap coupling ratio is -20dB (1%).
