1.0-meter long jumper with FC/UPC connectors. We use fiber connector scope verified that the connector key is aligned to fast axis at both connectors. With 3mm cable. The model number: FFC-2PS-UPC-1M-SMC.15-P-8/125 implies that it uses Fujikura Panda SM.15-P-8/125 PM fiber for 1.55um wavelength window, fiber core diameter: 8um, fiber cladding diameter: 125um. The actual maker name is shown in label in Japanese in the last photo below. The pdf link below is from different maker as reference only.

If you use PMF jumpers only to connect fiber jumpers with FC/PC connectors, you can use following adapter to turn fast-axis to slow-axis, at Store Product Code: ACC-ADAPTER-012E . But you need turn the key 90 degree from one side after unscrewing the adapter. See last photo after we made this turning on an sample of Store Product Code: ACC-ADAPTER-012D .
