Bias Tee. It looks exactly same as Picosecond Pulse Labs model: 5575A-mod 10KHz-12GHz Bias Tee. It seems picosecond made for Tek from picosecond P/N: 5575A-mod. All three ports are SMA interface, common output port is male, other two ports are female. See pdf link below for spec and application notes.

    Cosmetic condition looks great or even like new. Looking inside of famle adapter interfaces, they look good. The capacitance at RF port is tested OK (0.15 - 0.18 uF), inductance at DC port of sample is about 6.7mH.
