0.98um pump laser for research, JDS P/N: PL980S

250um-bare fiber without connector.

CONDITION:

desoldered in original product case. Without manufacture test sheet. Tested working at our lab, but requires high current, so it is not good for production. See our test report at last 2 photos. We do not have specification, so we do not know the max operating power and current. It requires higher current and drive voltage than typical values of other popular models at 165mW, though it might meet worst case specification. We are not very confident in the lifetime, but it would be ok for research. Safer if drive at lower current.
