With SC/PC connector. by Ortel(sold to Lucent Agere), See pdf link below for general datasheet for model 1861. The electrical pin is wider than the slot of 14-pin butterfly laser mount. We use two wire clamps directly connect to DC bias of laser controller, without applying TEC. Below is the test result at our lab by OSA (RBW of OSA =0.5nm)Ith=15mA. Pop=6.9dBm and peak WL =1316.8nm at Iop=Ith +30mA =45mA
