This a two-stage modulator with RZ generator section. It is not analog modulator. It may contain phase modulator. Not sure if it is chirped or not. It may be similar to the last two pdf links below. We do not have pdf datasheet, and we do not know how to use it. You can try it and return it at your cost, and two-way shipping fee is not refundable. Larger qty may be available upon request. 

SC/APC PMF connector at input end. SC/PC SM fiber connector at output end.
