Bookham model (PEC code): NTW126BERL04 (= NTW126BE Release 04), S/N: PT1064xx.001. Bookham document http://files.shareholder.com/downloads/bkhm/0x0xs950135-05-5296/1110647/filing.pdf shows: "NTW126BE: 8pnBut 10G PIN/Pre-ampRx TRIBS" and "OPTera Connect HDX". Since S/N: PT1064xx.001 looks similar to model PT10G, we compared with PT10G specification at 1st pdf link below. It also has 8-pin butterfly package and looks same shape, but RF connector is GPPO(SSMP) rather than GPO(SMP). We verified pinout is same as PT10G and PT12G in 1st and 2nd pdf links below, though all "Case Ground" and "Ground" pins are connected internally in this module. We applied voltage Vcc=8V, and Vpd=11.5V same as PT10G, PT12G, and PP-10G specification in our verification test, and got reasonable output amplitude (it seems transimpedance gain is better than typical 500 Ohms of PT10G). This test was only made at 10MHz, since it is not convenient for us to make high frequency test. So we believe this NTW126BERL04 module was modified from PT10G, and very similar to PT10G and PT12G. The GPPO interconnect series offers an even higher frequency push-on interconnect system than our GPO, so this NTW126BERL04 module is probably even better than PT10G.
