    CONDITION:
    Slightly used, original plastic wrap over the fiber roll does not exist(see 2nd photo below). It misses all the several turns of fiber at internal end(see 3rd photo below), so cannot be used for transmission test. This fiber spool has same weight as unused 1000-meter HI 1060 spool, so this spool has almost full original 1000-meter fiber length.
