It includes integrated modulel of dual-drive MZ modulator and DFB laser: Nortel model: CPE 2523. It should be similar to LCM155EW (see 3rd and 4th pdf links below). There are two SMA RF connectors on InP Mach-Zehnder Modulator. It also includes 10Gb APD receiver: FRM5N143DS (see last pdf link below). With two SC/PC connectors. Made by Cenix (now part of Cyoptics) . Price is for whole transponder module. 

See transponder general specification at 1st two pdf links below. The 1st pdf link is only part of 26-page user manual. We can email you extra pdf file for MZ-LD module. 

You can remove MZ-LD module or APD receiver for your project. We may remove them for you (adding about $40 service and packing fee), but we are unable to test it.
