Type: C-1XXX(A)-DFB-T/R/PX-SXXXI/XXX-X. 3-pin laser module. We fusion-spliced FC/UPC fiber connector (0.01dB splice loss), which is not shown at the photo. Laser is shown at right of photo below before connectorization. Without test sheet. Without label. In our lab: Tested wavelength is 1269.9nm by wavemeter. Tested Output power : -4.2dBm at 33mA drive, -3.35dBm at 38mA. Ith=8mA. Output power can be higher at higher drive.
