HP 8154B 1300nm LED source. 50um/125um MMF optical interface. Total output power is tested as -18.7dBm after 62.5/125um MMF patchcord, by HP8125A optical head at our lab. Peak wavelength is about 1289nm, see optical spectrum test result at the last 2 photos below, with RB=10nm and RB=0.1nm respectively (OSA is not fully calibrated, and OSA interface is SM fiber patchcord, so the power data in OSA is at least 10dB under-estimated). It looks bandwidth is over 60nm. It comes with Operating and Programming Manual, see 5th photo below.
