Escon (RSD) receptacle. We believe they are 1310nm LED multimode fiber transceiver. The leads were desoldered from PCB, the leads are not cut and look still straight. The overall physical conditgion is very clean and look new mostly. The box is marked "serviceable used parts". See simililar-model datasheet and pin-out info in pdf link below. Model type QFBR is same as standard HFBR, except QFBR means made for a special cutomer only.
