PMF pigtail, fusion-spliced with FC/PC connector with SMF in our lab (splice loss is high). CW Light Source for DWDM System with external modulation. Built-in TEC, Thermistor, Monitor PIN PD and Optical Isolator. See tested data by our lab in last photo below. The output power value is approximate limited by splice loss, one fiber connectors loss, and OSA accuracy. The pin13 and pin 14 are misiing, but pin 11 fuctions same as pin-13, so laser can still work properly.
