Very low dispersion penalty over 80 km standard fiber at 10Gb/s. with integral driver IC. SC/PC fiber connector. With EA modulator. 13-pin package with GPO connector RF input. SC/PC fiber connector. With integrated EA modulator. Key part of Cenix Unipak10 10Gb transponder. (now part of Cyoptics). You can remove EML module for your project. With GPO/SMP male interface. You can use GPO(SMP)-female to SMA-female adapter (Store product code: EIP-RFADAPTERS-017D) to convert to SMA interface. SMA can work up to 18GHz. (This laser may also come with SMP-female to SMP-female adapter, you can remove it with tweezers.)
