FC/APC optical interface. Max attenuation: 30dB. See photos for actual equipment.

User instruction: To set 10dB attenuation, key in: 1 0 0 0  "ENT". You can also press upper or down arrow button on keypad to adjust attenuation by 0.05dB or 0.06dB increment.

At 1550nm, we tested insertion loss (including 2-connector loss) with HP81525A optical head:
Set 0dB, IL=1.24dB.
Up to 3dB deviation at 30dB setting.

    CONDITION:

    Excellent cosmetic condition. LCD display is very clear. We failed to figure out GPIB commands, only got "*IDN?" query result at last photo. We have verified it is functional to adjust attenuation from keypad.
