Direct Modulation Laser. 14-pin butterfly. SMF with SC/APC connector. We do not have specification for this laser. Without test data. It seems very similar to FLD5F7CZ-J. You may find more info for similar-mode datasheet at the pdf link below. Made in Japan. We do not recommend it to make product. You may use it for research, it would be safer to use at lower operating current(<100mA). 'Sell As Is', 'No return'.
