CW source for external modulator. PMF FC/PC@slow axis. Typical linewidth: 1MHz. These two laser samples requires higher drive current, see their actual test sheets at the photos below. The manufacture testsheet tested at 12.5mW and 16mW, it seems cannot be able to work at 20mW at <167mA, so it cannot meet general datasheet output power specification in the pdf link below for NX8562L series laser. Pinout: Type-1 or Type-3 (type-3 and type is same if laser is used only for general CW light). We tested sample by laser controller with type-1 pinout setup. Pin-out is different from pdf link below. Made in 2003.
