We very believe it is 10mW laser since we got them from 10mW analog transmitter system makers. DFB DWDM Direct Modulation Laser. 14-pin butterfly. SMF with SC/APC connector. Without test data. It seems very similar to FLD5F7CZ-J. You may find more info for similar-mode datasheet at the pdf link below. Made in Japan.

    Looks brand new in original product case, without any solder on 14-pin leads, 14-pin leads looks brand new and perfectly straight. It seems tried by previous user and marked "used laser, good" on the product box (see 1st photo below). Tested good at our lab, see the label of 1st photo below.
