Multi-mode 900um-buffered fiber with FC/PC connector. 50/125um multi-mode fiber is verified by fiber scope at our lab. Due to large core of MM fiber, you also use it to receive light coming from single-mode fiber interface without any problem. FJ-M in model number means multi-mode fiber jumper. JDS model: EDR512 C FJ-M FC/PC MB14. It comes with single-mount bracket on the receiver module package, see last photo below.
