1603.17nm 14-pin butterfly DFB laser module, operating power is about 10mW. Lucent P/N: D2584P870.

This laser is designed to work with M2623W 10Gb modulator together. This package originally included M2623W modulator, but the modulator was removed and only a laser is left. About 0.50 meter PM fiber left without fiber connector.

The 1st pdf link is for similar model of laser. The 14-pin electrical leads are designed as short and bent version, see the 4th photo. This D2584P model looks very similar to D2525P except the 14-pin leads shape.
