1x2 switch. With 900um-buffered fiber without connectors. There are 5 electrical pins at the bottom of switch, long straight-through type. We believe 5V actuation is required to drive the switch. We do not know the pinout definition and we do not have PDF datasheet., we guess it is not so difficult for you to try out. From the mini PCB in last photo, you can see the two pins where the voltage should apply (at the top and right part of PCB).
