Oplink Optical line interface module. There are are also two SC/APC connectors. Comparing with our store product:FFC-MUX-036F, we believe it includes one 1x8 100GHz DWDM demux module and one 8x1 mux module. With two SC/APC connectors on Port In and Out, and two MPO/APC 8-fiber ribbon connectors on Port Half-band A and B. Module name: ECMM-3. See ITU grid wavelength table at last pdf link below.
