Internal end shows high bending loss, so you cannot use it for optical transmission test. With two LC/PC fiber connector in 900um buffer only at both ends.

CONDITION:

Very good cosmetic condition. Fiber roll is well winded on the drum. Internal end is heavily bend and showing high loss, so fiber spool loss is tested very high: 17.4dB. Tested fiber length is 25.272km by OTDR at our lab, which is within instrument accuracy, considering the factors of group index of refractive deviation (we set Neff as 1.4682) and extra fiber pigtail length spliced on each end of fiber spool. So fiber length is in full original length. See our loss and length test result at the label of 2nd photo.
