This spool came together with our store product code FSC-SMF-SPOOL-351C, so we believe it is also 'Lucent Matched-Cladding standard SM fiber spool, 8.3/125/245 um, Fiber type: MC-SM, Lucent P/N: LUC25MCSMA'. There are two FC/APC connectors in 3mm cable. We tested spool loss is 5.02dB at 1.55um. We measured the fiber attenuation is only 0.196dB/km by OTDR. Fiber length is measured as 25.820, assuming effective refractive index is same as Lucent normal SM fiber 1.4666.

Zero dispersion wavelength: 1315.05nm, dispersion slope at zero dispersion wavelength: 0.0855 ps /(nm2*km), spool length: 25.794km, tested by our local dispersion-test contractor at last pdf link below (see spool 19 in test report), with GN Nettest dispersion receiver FD440 RX and transmitter FD440 TX, in July 2013. So it is G.652 fiber, i.e, standard SMF.
