There is one LC/UPC connector on each Port A In, Port A out, Port B In, Port B out. There is MPO/APC 4-fiber ribbon connector on each Port of Lamda1, lambda 2, lambda 3, lambda 4. According to the test shee at the last pdf link, we believe: Port A In, Port B out, Port Lambad 1, Port Lambda 2 make one 4-channel OADM; Port B In, Port A out, Port Lambad 0, and Port Lambda 3 make another 4-channel OADM. Module name: Quad-5. See basic pdf datasheet for 2-ch OADM at the 1st pdf link below. See ITU grid wavelength table at the 2nd pdf link below. It can also be used as 1x4 and 4x1 4-channel C-band 100GHz DWDM mux/demux pairs.
