Fiber is broken in many places. Both internal end and external end of fiber spool are not accessible, so you cannot use this spool for optical transmission test. See year 2002 datasheet in 1st pdf link and year 2000 datasheet in 2nd pdf link below.

    CONDITION:
    Fiber is broken in many places. We fusion-spliced with two FC/UPC connectors, but we failed find break point by fiber fault locator. Spool weigt is 4.27kg, same as other standard 50.48km spools, so the total fiber length is still 50.48km.
