This laser is inside unused EDFA module. You will buy whole EDFA module. We tried 15pc of 70pc EDFA module inventories, all these 15pc were verified working, but we cannot guarantee they can meet your requirement, so we sell it as parts. EDFA module was made by Oplink, it includes 974nm laser, er-doped fiber, two 2-stage isolators, 980/1550nm WDM, photodiodes, etc. See optical components at last photo below. There is also 2.5Gb DWDM TOSA 120KM transmitter module with 9 electrical leads at the middle of the module, one sample shows marking "Cyoptics 1610F042" (most of samples do not have this mark), we cannot find pdf specification. We sell EDFA module only for parts.
