Operating power : About 160mW. Peak wavelength is around 977.0nm +/-1nm. 250um-coating bare fiber pigtail without connector. The JDSU 2600 Series of 980 nm pump modules utilizes a planar construction with chip on subcarrier. The high power JDSU laser chip is hermetically sealed in a low-profile, epoxy-free and flux-free 14-pin butterfly package, fitted with a thermistor, thermoelectric cooler, and monitor diode.     CONDITION:
    new in original product case, without manufacture test sheet. Laser seems tested OK at our lab, operating output power seems at max drive current meet or almost meet specification. Sample average wavelength is about 976.4nm at our lab. Kink-free power is tested as 170mW at max 380mA (>180mW if go over max 380mA) at our lab. See our sample test report at last photo below.
