Test result in our lab(may get higher power if re-clean the output connector and use a shorter/better fiber jumper in test): At 146mA (max), total output -0.74dBm/10nm at peak 973nm, 3dB BW ~26nm. At 50mA, 20dB BW: 984nm -62 to 984nm+40nm range. -31.64dBm/nm, 3dB BW ~ 18nm. See spectrum photos below by OSA (RBW=1nm mostly), at 146mA for the 1st four spectrums, or at 50mA for the last three spectrums.
