The JDSU 2700 Series of 980 nm pump modules utilizes a planar construction with chip on subcarrier. The high power JDSU laser chip is hermetically sealed in a low-profile, epoxy-free and flux-free 14-pin butterfly package, fitted with a thermistor, thermoelectric cooler, and monitor diode. CONDITION:

Removed from EDFA module, desoldered. Tested good at our lab. See our test report at last photo (wavelength was not tested). Pin-13 (case-ground) is broken when we removed laser from EDFA module, but you can connect laser case by screw instead, so it will not change performance at all. 14-pin leads are long enough to fit on Newport 14-pin laser mount. Without prduct pack. Fiber is 60cm long without connector.
