Including one 1.48um 140mW Fitel pump laser and one 0.98um 160mW Corning Lasertron pump laser. With two FC/PC fiber connectors.We opened this module to debug the laser pinout. There is a isolator at input and another one at output port. There is no elecric chip inside. Pinout at pdf link below. To run this EDFA amplifier, you only need drive two pump lasers in the same way as to drive any standard 14-pin butterply lasers.
