There is FC/APC fiber adapter in front panel. With light plastic enclosure.

It requires +5V DC power supply to run this laser. Last photo is from a sample of same wavelength of JDS  laser source.

We made approximate power test. Our test data is  about -2.76dBm,  as shown on the label of photo. The OSA spectrum was tested by JDS.

We also have  JDS laser source in large metal enclosure with 115VAC interface.

    CONDITION:

    Output power varies in 0.1dB is 500ms average time of power meter well at our lab, Increasing OPM average time will improve stability. It is not good for small loss test, such as fiber connector loss. It may be OK for high loss test if your requirement is not very high. 'Sell As Is'. Cosmetic condition is good.
