There is FC/PC fiber adapter in front panel. With light plastic enclosure.

It requires +5V DC power supply to run this laser. Last photo is from a sample of same wavelength of JDS laser source.

We made very approximate power test, less than -20dBm, it is much lower than marked 0dBm, so 'Sell As Is'. The OSA spectrum was tested by JDS.

We also have JDS laser source in large metal enclosure with 115VAC interface.
