There is FC/PC fiber adapter in front panel. With light plastic enclosure.

It requires +5V DC power supply to run this laser. Last photo is from a sample of same wavelength of JDS laser source.

We made approximate power test. Our test data is about -31.3dBm, as shown on the label of photo. The OSA spectrum was tested by JDS. Spectral bandwidth looks 1 nm in our test.

Since tested power is much lower than JDS marked power 0dBm, so we ‘Sell As Is’.

We also have JDS laser source in large metal enclosure with 115VAC interface.
