LT-9600 1x16 Fiber optic switch with LED display. Not working, sell for parts

16 channels. FC/APC SM fiber interface. It cannot pass light. The channel number can be changed by pressing keypad in front panel. We do not know the GPIB command to change channel. Model number from GPIB idn query: LT9600 V.100.
