With two LC/PC fiber connectors at the output (one connector should be for power monitor), one LC/PC connector at the input. It can be used as pre-amp, line, and booster amplifier. To check what laser inside, we opened this EDFA modulaue, it includes a 976nm 330mW (kink-free power >360mW) pump laser, JDSU P/N: 29-7601-360-TLROHSS, ashown at last photo below.
