It includes four 2x2 individual switches, which can be controlled individually from front panel. There are four 2x2 Dicon prism switches inside enclosure. If choose 'A' at the front panel, switch at back panel is at bypass state. If choose 'B' at the front panel, switch at back panel is at inserted state. See 'bypass state ' and 'inserted state' diagram and general specification at 1st pdf link below. It requires 20-60VDC (<150mA) or 20-48VAC power supply. We include a non-original small wallmount AC-DC 24V power supply (see example at last photo below), which is verified working. Antec optical products were merged to Cisco systems later, see more info at last pdf link below.

    CONDITION:

    Used, cosmetic condition looks not bad. All optical switch ports are verified functional and insertion loss meet specification (<1.6dB including two connector losses at 1550nm). Switch state is unchanged in case of power loss. We have cleaned all internal connectors with fiber adapter cleaner (for female connector) (at least cleaned twice per connector), though we did not spend time to verify the cleanness by fiber connector scope.
