JDS P/N: WD1504M2-UP2A. This module include three 1x2 200GHz thin-film filter. Three center wavelengths: 1531.116, 1532.681, 1534.25nm. SMF-28 250um-coating bare fiber without connectors. You may cascade three 1x2 filters to make one 1x4 WDM filter (4 ports: 1531.116, 1532.681, 1534.25nm, rest). There are 9 fibers in total. With test sheet.
