also includes 10Gb pin-preamp receiver: ERM568 EC FC/SPC (see last pdf link below), as shown at last 3 photos below. With one SC/PC and one FC/SPC connector. Made by Cenix (now part of Cyoptics) . There is no label showing product model number. Comparing with trasmiter and receiver part numbers of other transponder modules with product label, we conclude that it should Cenix model: C1301xxxxS or C1301B000S or C1324B000S. But we do not know the wavelength exactly. Price is for whole transponder module.

You can remove EML module or receiver for your project. We may remove them for you (adding about $40 service and packing fee), but we are unable to test it.
